Style wise these are what I like, the sound isn't loud but it's serviceable.It's good to have physical buttons.Battery life is not the best, but charges up very fast, they will also time out if they are inactive to save power which I found both good and very frustrating.

Sound quality was clear and bass was ok not the best and battery life was good while it worked. It no longer connects to my phone has gone faulty so I have returned it for a refund disappointed overall would not recommend.

I bought this in February 2022. After not too long, one earbud refused to pair. Support was next to useless and a return was agreed for a full refund. I have been looking for new pair 14 months later and found the same iem now at DOUBLE the original price! What a con! Avoid at all costs, let alone double!

Battery life could have been btter

Disappointment!!!A week after stereo mode didn’t work,then somehow managed to connect both.In a month this happened five times and now right one just won’t connect.

I received these as a gift for Christmas and given their price-tag and brand they are a true disappointment.Firstly if you have sensitive ears DO not buy these, the silicone on the tip is only one layer and its nothing like a gel tip, after a little while they hurt a lot.They are useless for calls as they mics are non-existent and so is the active noise cancelling.Nonetheless, the most disappointing of all is the manufacturing, truly bad for JBL.The case gathers dirt very quickly and after less than a year of use they are now useless, one earbuds kept unpairing for months and I had to follow youtube tutorials to fix it and now is not working at all as it doesn't charge.This is the second JBL product we have purchased this year from Amazon,that did not even last to see the end of it.At this point I don't know whether its Amazon or JBL themselves.DO BETTER.@JBL @Amazon
