I had previous had a car with bluetooth and bought a new one and used this to convert it to bluetooth enabled. This works flawlessly and the sound quality to the person on the other end is comparable with a native bluetooth system.

Don't buy it.
The music quality from my phone to my car stereo through this is alright, but everything else is awful. The phone and GPS quality is very low, it's all scratchy and difficult to hear. And the people I'm calling complain they can't hear me even when I held the mic close to my mouth with the volume up. The blue LED is too bright at night too, and it flashes at different times which is distracting while driving.
