Not Japanese! Made in a China. Buyer beware.

Nice and thick, crispy, with a good clean flavor, unlike cheap nori. I've been eating nori all my life and I've only found one other brand in Japanese grocery stores as good (unfortunately can't recall the name and haven't been able to find it recently). Now, it's the not the best EVER, that would be some super expensive ones my mother got in Japan, but this is darn good stuff for those that can appreciate the difference. Already on my 3rd package.Pro-Tip - I like to give it a little extra roasting with a hand torch or over the stove.

Stinky. Got stomach ache. I am worrying about possible contamination.Tried this Korean Nori for its price but it was terrible in quality.I will stick to Japanese Nori. I wonder why they display Japanese writing on the package and had named like Japanese (Kaneyama) but it’s Korean. Please proud of yourself and make high quality Korean Nori.

This Nori is delicious. I found it very easy to roll maki as the nori was the perfect thickness. The only thing I would change is the opening of the resealable bag; with another 1/2 inch, the nori would slide out so much easier without grating the edges. Do not let the stop you from ordering this nori because I am a mom who loves making sushi as her hobby! I have done much research and after the past 7 years of trying different nori, I come back to Kaneyama products.

I make sushi rolls at home at least one a week. Since the brand of wrappers that I was previously buying from Amazon was not available this time, we had to find a replacement. We are very happy with these Kaneyama wrappers. In fact, we like them better than the previous brand. They do not tear or crack as easily, but are also not too tough for chewing. They have a good balance of strength and tenderness. The flavor is about the same as all good wrappers. The price is also attractive. We are pleased with these, and we will definitely buy them again.

Perfect for us. We've had others in restaurants that had too strong of a taste, and find this one to be just right. This was our first attempt to make sushi ourselves, and we've made it several times since. Turns out great every time. No more sushi restaurants and their ridiculous prices for us.

I added this to my seaweed collection because I wanted to make sushi. But I haven't gotten around to it, because my kitchen knife is mediocre.However this seaweed has such a strong crisp flavor. I rip it into strips and eat it late at night when I'm lazy for a snack. Love it!

great quality item for the right price without leaving the house.update. i feed my tangs (fish) as well as myself with nori. and i buy different brands. somehow tangs like this brand better than others. Maybe less frills? i dont know exactly why but my guess is taste close to the sea!
