Q: Picked up the gun out of the box and something inside rattled. With no pressure on the gun something inside rattles. Suggestions?

After 90 or so days mine starts rattling and getting absolutely no help from Amazon in getting sellers phone number or address. .It says it has a one year warranty but Amazon will not refund after 90 days. Jim R.

Q: I have the massage gun plugged in to charge, but no lights are turning on so I don’t believe it is charging.

The same is happening with mine! It worked for a brief period of time and now it won’t charge or turn on. I’m just a couple days past the return window.

Q: Lost the charger! How do I replace it? Help!! Ty.

If you have any other chargers that are 25.2 volts and 1.0 amp, it should work if the plug in is compatible. Otherwise, you’d have to contact the manufacturer or company that sells these.
