I don't buy doll clothes for my dolls, they can wear 0-3 months baby clothes. I have found some beautiful clothes at the Goodwill, some look new. I have found new onesies and sleepers that I suspect were donated by some of the stores. You can't beat the prices. I just bring these home and wash them. Size 0 baby shoes will also fit most reborns. As for socks, I have had to buy them new. I gave this doll as a surprise gift for a special little girl and she was happy with all the clothes I had gotten, also and I had fun shopping. This is a beautiful doll and the look on her face was worth every penny. Hope this helps you and gives you some ideas.
