Quality is nowhere near the actual product. Packaging is in Chinese.Easy lift tab in centre is missing so harder to replace.

I bought the water fountain at Petsmart, and now they don't carry it or the filters. I was so relieved to find the filters on Amazon, and it only took 1 day to be delivered. Saved the day.

Perfect fit ! Don't do like I did and order something that looks like it might fit. Make sure it's the right one,,,, there a little bit pricey but they are still a bargain for filtered water.

Be warned! Filters are like gold dust!
No probs but filters are really hard to come by. I had to order from America! Thankfully filter lasts up to 3 months. Local pet store still can’t get hold of them! I’ve now noticed that the price has doubled! Should be about £15 and now £38!

Recommend this product . I have a cat fountain and my cat laps up the clean water through which filters give him.

Purchase with your fountain!
Try not to make the same mistake I made by not purchasing replacements, cause I absolutely loved the fountain. The cat is happy, and therefore I am happy.
