Avoid ladies. The grey clings into your bleached yellow parts if hair. Turned my blonde tines orange and brown. It does not give all over coverage. Would work on very pale blonde platinum. I'm now going to have to strip my damaged hair and keep to the 10.1 very light Ash. This dye was put on previous bleached hair with tones of yellow ,white and orangy blonde roots.

My hair had been stripped and was a medium blonde, I wanted to lightened it. I used 2 of these as my hair is thick and long and it covered well.However its actually turned my hair dark brown/brunette. Not happy at all as now I have to wait have a treatment done and dye it again. Its left my hair dry and knotty, not nice at all.Definitely won't use again, will stick with my usual brand. Wasted money, ruined hair.

Firstly the mixture was far too thick to come out through the nozzle, I had to tip it into my hand !! And secondly, no colour change what so everComplete waste of money

After double bleaching my hair I applied the color following the instruction for the longest recommended time (35-40min) and used the shampoo + conditioner provided. My hair color did not change and I still have the same blonde I had after bleaching. It did nothing at all. Is it a scam or did I get a faulty batch?

I also use other Jerome blonde products and this is the first purchase I have got which didn’t not have in enough of the main items for otherwise I would of you of been one happy person as I always use the brand not this actual product this is a first time I gwas t the tonight without the main ingredient basically
