Q: where are these made ?

Have no clue, but they are beautiful and very unique. They don’t smell like glue or mothballs, so they’re probably made here in the USA

Q: how TALL is actual glass?

The glass holds 12 oz that's 1 1/2 cups of liquid. I used a measuring cup to see if it was 12 oz's. They are very pretty glasses and which is a most glasses hold 8oz's, that a single serving size. Juice glass hold 4oz's or 6oz's

Q: Are these made in Czechoslovakia?

I am not sure. But they are lovely, they are my favorite drinking glass for water and milk… and when the mood hits- a splash of vino, as well.
