I am so impressed. And pleased! I followed the directions. After rinsing the fireplace bricks, I applied the product to the same wet cloth and then to the bricks, expecting to follow up with a brush. To my surprise, 2 years worth of soot simply wiped off. Sure, some spots needed a bit of brushing, but this required minimal effort. Night and day difference.

I highly recommend Quick N Brite Fireplace Gel Cleaner! I use it on the stone face of our outdoor fireplace, and it does an amazing job at removing soot with minimal effort. The gel formula clings to the surface, breaking down the grime without needing heavy scrubbing. It’s non-abrasive, so it doesn’t damage the stone, and I appreciate that it’s made in the USA. This cleaner is super effective and easy to use, making my fireplace look great again. Definitely worth the purchase!

The product is easy to use and did a good job removing the soot. Don't expect it to look brand new but it will look much better than it did.

I think this product would work on light soot stains that are new, so regular cleaning on brick this might be fine. We purchased to clean a firebox and brick surround in anticipation of a new wood stove installation. This had never been scrubbed before. We scrubbed (using a drill with scrubber that matched the stiffness of the included brush) and we were a bit disappointed with the result. We will give it second go around though (and the directions do say this might be needed for heavy stains), but we were hoping for more. BTW, this didn’t clean the grout between the bricks at all for some reason…not sure there is anything better on the market but just not what we expected.

I was a little skeptical if this product would work on the brick above our fireplace since it wasn't a smooth brick. The fireplace has gas logs now but had 40 years of smoke stain when it was wood fired. I used it with the brush provided and waited about 6-7 minutes before rinsing off. In my original sample attempt I left it on for 15 minutes, but it left the brick a little brighter than the others that were older but not smoke covered. And only 5 minutes wasn't long enough to achieve what I wanted. So this product allows you to adjust the desired results.

I bought this product thinking it would wipe away the soot on my brick pavers inside the fire place. It did not. I don't know what else to write. Either the product delivers what is promises or it does not. In this case, it did not.

My house is 55 years old and I did not have high expectations for cleaning the firebox in my fireplace. I tested the product on 6 of the bricks and as you can see in the photo, I got what I consider to be stunning results. Now I am pumped to go forward with cleaning the entire firebox.

This cleaner was easy to use and did a great job on cleaning my wall tiles.

Not impressed with the results. This took an entire bottle of their cleaning solution. Shipping was super slow. A lot of effort and elbow grease for minimal improvement and left some areas dirtier than when I started. A lot of rinsing required. May be ok for small job. But I personally feel like I wasted my money and 2 hrs of my life

I wish a took a before and after photo.. wow this stuff was amazing. I followed the instructions and it works. I will be doing a second round shortly to get some of the areas that needed a bit more - if you’ve got alot of soot to clean you may need to go twice as it’s wet so hard to see if the rock is clean. I would recommend putting down some old towels or a drop sheet because it’s wet and drips down or even sprays a bit when you’re scrubbing with the brush.No odorWorks fastCleans up wellHighly recommend

This product works; and you will need a second round for a fire place.The reason for the 4 starts is that it's overpriced for what you get. Brush works, looks huge in the picture- but it's a small one.
