Great little boat
Great little boat. Took it out to a small lake a couple of days ago and fished the coves and inlets. It handles well with a small trolling motor, and is quite stable for a little boat. Just put the battery at the bottom of the seat, in between your legs. The oars and the side railings work good, but I wouldn't want to row it for a long distance. The only thing you have to watch on this well built little boat is trolling the boat too fast going backwards. The back compartments (behind the seat) will fill up with water from water splashing up and into the boat. You can go forward as fast as the boat can handle with no problems. All in all this is a solid little boat, built to very good standards. It's rugged and sturdy. I'd recommend it for people that want to fish ponds and small lakes. You have enough room for a tackle box, small cooler, a couple of poles, and your trolling motor and battery. With the oars on the boat, it gets pretty cramped, but it's still manageable.

Works fine but assembly is not easy.
The boat ls harder to assemble than suggested by the video. I must take a rubber mallet with me to knock the upper and lower flange holes into alignment. Then the plastic pipe bolts do not protrude enough through the lower flange hole to catch the threads in the plastic nut. I use a 6 inch C-clamp to bring the flanges together. Then the plastic nuts and bolts work fine and the boat performs as advertised.I don't know if this problem is general to all these Pit Boss boats or particular to my boat.

Do not hesitate to buy this boat!
I have bought hundreds of items on Amazon but this is the first time I have left a review. This is an absolutely great little boat. I had my doubts with the squareness of the boat, but it is no problem...in fact it makes it more stable. I would suggest buying the optional rowing kit right away, even if you plan on using a motor. What other boat can be loaded into a truck bed by one person? Do not hesitate to buy this boat. You will be super happy that you did!

Awesome
This boat is very convenient and easy to handle , I am putting it in my van , used it in ponds /lakes/river ! Very effecient and practical , I am giving it 4 stars for two reasons : price can be cheaper ! The seat can be little higher as the legs will stay stretched , it will be better if the seat is little high so the knees can be flexed for more comfort . Other wise the boat is nice /neat /fancy .

Great, but with two issues
Boat is fantastic. I have a 40# thrust trolling motor on it, and it moves quite well. I also put a fish finder on it. Very stable. I'm 6'2" and plenty of leg room. When I first got it I took it out dry(nothing on or in it) and I was able to stand up on it. I even took it out on a 140,000 acre lake and it performed great. The only issues I have with it are; it needs a rudder if your fishing in the wind, and the front transom seems quite weak. I ordered it with a tear transom which came with a metal bracket but I'm stuck wondering why the front didn't come with a metal bracket. I could could get over the rudder issue but the front transom is the main reason I give it 4 stars.
