they work well
They do work well at our sea wall , granted our boats consist of two pontoon and a mixed bag of other boats up to a 28 ' cat . The thing I do is use my Bosch hammer with a 3/8 ct bit right through the cleat and use a stainless concrete bolt , measure for depth and just the washer and nut , stainless of course , the bolts included are good only on wood decks .as the top of the cleat is made for the head of the bolt that has to be attached under the boards for the nut and washer . which I've used in our Maine Camp . for the price they are sturdy and the galvanizing has yet to rust here in the Keys a minor miracle down here .

Seems fine, nice to have included hardware
I got the 8 inch set and they seem fine. Nicely packaged with bubble wrap inside of heavy duty zip bags. A little lighter weight than what you'd get at West Marine but I oversized these for the boat that I am using them for. Hardware is nice to have, the bolts are very long so depending on what you are drilling through you'll probably need a 1/2 inch deep socket and maybe some extensions to fully tighten. Not sure if it is 1/2 for sizes other than the 8 inch cleat so YMMV. Since I am only tying up a 4500 lb boat on a relatively calm lake I expect that these will last pretty much forever.

Great product. Should have got one size bigger but these work.

Havent had to use them yet but easy to install and I know our guests will feel great parking their boat along the dock with these to tie their boat up

I put two of these on the front of out pontoon Boat. Just felt I needed these. Didn’t want to pull on the rails.
