58" tall handle extended, 41" retracted. frame width is 12"x32" high. max width @ tires is 16". lift plate is 14"x7". max depth is 16" from front of lift plate to back of ties. hope this helps you.

The handle has to be completely removed and reinserted, it does not fold

Q: get the pins to stay on the wheels. I am not sure how to open the pin where it will be secured to prevent the wheel from coming off. Thank you.

The pin needs to be opened a little bit first by inserting a screw diver in between and prying the pin apart. Then use pointed pliers and pinch the pin together and insert it into the hole of the steel rod (axel). Once in, split the pin open and bend it backwards to prevent the wheel from coming off.
