Q: is it 30 grams or 24 grams of protein per seving?

24 grams. I know it may seem confusing. But this is the proper way to label a protein supplement. You see nothing is 100% protein. meaning you can have 100 grams of powder and 100 grams of protein. Take whey protein for example. Most of the time is is 80% to 90% protein. Our egg white protein you see here is a 30 grams serving size and 24 grams of actual protein. If it was 100% protein it would be 30 grams of protein. By labeling it this way you can see that we analyzed the powder for protein and got 24 grams. This we do by 3rd party testing. Most protein supplements are labeled incorrectly. They do this so you do not know how many grams of actual protein you are getting from what source. They do this so they can spike their protein supplements or use cheaper sources of protein, but make it seem they are using a lot of the better sources of protein.
