Mediocre camera and possible reject product.
Where should I start? This camera has a bad design problem. Remember the old modem? In order to provide the wifi name and password to the camera you need to transmit an audio signal to the camera similar to the one produced by the old modems. The audio signal can be affected by so many factors that is becoming almost impossible to succeed:- environmental noise ( voices, music, outside vehicles or workers, camera beeping sound, etc)- distortion (if the source volume is too high)- not a high quality speaker (a phone speaker for example may not reproduce all frequencies)- camera mic issue (production defect)I was unsuccessful to link the camera using my Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+. I even tried an external speaker. But I succeeded with an old iphone 4S that and only after I put a cardboard box over both camera and phone to isolate the sound. The software they require you to install is very demanding, so demanding that I'm afraid to use it on my current phone. They require access to: modify contacts, write some android permissions, read call log, reroute outgoing calls, etc.I wanted to use the email feature - to send me an email when motion is detected - but the list of email providers is limited to some chinese websites + gmail and yahoo. I don't trust them so much to give them my email password unless I create an account especially for sending email alerts. So I tried to create an email on one of the other websites. After I did the registration and account verification via SMS they told me to use another website to register because my network is not secure (what? Tmobile? Or TWC.)Playing with the settings I accidentally put the camera in P2P mode. That will set the camera as a wifi router so you can connect directly to it. Unfortunately the password I set during setup was not working and none was provided with the camera. Searching the internet I found out that camera should have a sticker on the back with a lot of info that I am missing now:- camera ID,- P2P wifi password- QR code to connect camera with your phoneThose missing info make me believe that this is camera is a reject.

Just give me my money back
Neither the written information or oral information is in Standard American English, it's almost as if I was on candid camera. The set-up instructions are vague and unhelpful. It felt like someone made this in their basement and put it out there to see how many suckers would buy. Well they can add one to the count!

LG Smart Phone and Windows 10 1
Well I would have given it higher score but every effort to connect with three different devices failed. Android Kenle Fire,LG Smart Phone and Windows 10 1.5 I Core PC. (All were less than three years old to) I am always successful when there is good support and instructions, not the case with this Cam,so-so instructions.

Not great.
Camera quality was good. Disliked that you could only view it when both camera and phone are connected to the same WiFi. Makes it pointless if you want to view it outside of your home. It would be good use as a baby monitor, while you're in the home, other than that it's useless. Arrived broken, the camera head did not hold itself up.

Great simple security camera
Great camera for basic security, best way to describe it is a better nanny cam, wouldn't recommend use for main security camera but great for covering rooms in the interior of the house.
