The reason you buy OE parts is they just fit right the first time and work. super happy with the fan!!! I'll pull it off in the winters when I spend more time out in the eastern Sierra and Death valley where I put on the 6.6gal tank. The tank doesn't leave any room for the fan, its pretty cold and I'm not on technical terrain or slow single track. The fan is perfect for when I am, its why I bought it, plus the Fan is really easy to install and remove when not needed in my case.

Works great. It is much more powerful than computer fans people install. Plug and play- basically. It does run of the battery directly so it is up to anyone to install interrupt switch - or not. If you have a light kit with a horn some wire splitting may be required since fan an a horn share the same plug..... In any case the fan will run for about 2-3 min after the bike shuts off. This is much better than dealing with repeatedly overheated bike.

OEM is the way to go! Easy to install. Fits perfectly. Works great!

Great powerful fan, the fuse it comes with it ok... had to replace after first ride.

Because the description doesn't mention anything about "not fitting with an oversized gas tank", and after splicing the ends to attach to the original wiring, here it sit's in the box ! !

I've been using this for over six years and I have no complaints. This helped improve the stock cooling system and the installation was not complicated. If you're looking to keep your bike running cooler than give this a try, you won't be disappointed.
