Kampa Cross AIR Driveaway Awning

Total game changer for us after we bought this great awning! The only fault is the instructions should be called destructions they are appalling! They only serve to confuse and there’s no mention of the psi to put into the 2 inflation tubes!Note there are 2 inflation points! Inflate both with about 15 pumps with the pump provided and then carefully errect it before then putting more air in!The instructions show pegging the groundsheet first- don’t ! It clips inside after you errrct the awning. You will need to purchase a means of securing it to your van so research this first! I opted for a magnetic strip fitting kit for around £32. It works well but buy 4 figure if 8 locking pins to keep it better in place! The awning is roomy and waterproof! Simple to erect and put away! It’s great quality and very well designed! Fitted curtains for privacy and the front door has a fitted fly screen if you need more air without the bugs! This bad boy has transformed our whole camping/Motorhome experience! We’ve just ordered the fitted carpet to compliment it! There’s cheaper deals online that include the carpet! Highly recommended for a lover van! Not sure it would work on a high van but check!
