Very easy to use. As for the price you can't beat it. Yes it feels cheap but it works great but I don't expect it to survive a drop to well.

When I had received my pricing gun, it was missing the extra labels, ink cartridges, and scraper, so I had given it a lower rating. The pricing gun works really well and I am very pleased with it. The company's customer service saw my rating and contacted me to find out the problem and they sent me a replacement with all the extra stuff. I am very please with this great level of customer service.
