Q: How do you refill this pepper million?

Through the bottom, each section screws off for refilling. Had it for 2 months and it's great, everyone who uses it in my home wants one

Q: where is this made? Do it meet California's proposition Standards?

China. Mine broke after 3 months.

Q: Is it easy to turn / to get a grip on or is it 'slippery' when trying to use

I love this combo salt and pepper. It is so easy to fill and very easy to use. We have never had a problem with it being slippery. Unless you had oil on your hands I can't imagine how that would happen. This is the first time I have kept the same one more than a year. It is so easy to have both salt and pepper together. I first learned about this brand from a very high end restaurant in our community and loved it so much I tracked the brand down.

Q: Is this grinder glass or plastic?

I believe the transparent portion is plastic, but I'm not sure. Our grinder is at our home in another state, and not available for me to check. We DO love the grinder, tho.
