Nice Solid Flashlight
Nice solid flashlight.Pros:You don't have to cycle through 'high-beam/low-beam/strobe/lantern' modes every time you turn it on or off; you set it to one of these and can turn it on/off to that mode every time.Side-lantern has a dimmer feature; dim it down to 'just-right' and save power.The rechargeable battery stays in the flashlight; you just plug a USB cable into the side of the flashlight and other end into the charger-box (included).Cons:There is no beam focus adjustment, so you are stuck with just the one wide-beam; and there is a super-bright spot in the middle of your beam spot from the single LED bulb.

Great light, great price.
Love it! I received a different brand (Streamlight Strion) flashlight as a gift and thought I'd return the favor with this Night Provision model. They are both great lights however, this Night Provision model has better features and costs less. We have yet to wear out the rechargeable battery! And we use it nearly every night for walking ( the Strion flashlight needs a charge after one night of heavy use.) *I will update this review if any problems arise.

Lasted almost two years
It was great until it wouldn't hold a charge. I tried plugging into the USB port, charging the battery separately in a charger, a new battery - I'm very disappointed.

Great while it lasted
It was great while it lasted. It worked perfectly for about two weeks -- bright light, small and handy. Then one day the lantern wouldn't turn off. We finally took the battery out to get the thing to turn off, but now neither the lantern nor the flashlight will turn on at all.

Excellent flashlight and a great buy.
Great flashlight and love the option of the side light and that the light is rechargeable. A magnetic base option would be a great addition but overall it is a great buy.

Great light regardless of the price
I hate how every time I find a flashlight that I really like it becomes unavailable for repurchase. It's a great light, and it happens to be inexpensive.
