My mom has asked me to write a positive review for this soy milk powder when she heard that it got low rates by other customers who said it did not dissolve well/ hard to whisk. My mom says that no real soy milk powder is easy to whisk well unless it is a fake one. As a native Chinese for over 50 years, my mom has used soy milk powder countless times. She could tell it is a very good quality soy powder. the trick to whisk it well is to: 1. put the powder in a cup, 2. add a SMALL amount of COLD WATER that could just wet all the powder, and then whisk it to creamy paste (before it turns into creamy paste, it might go through the process of full of small "lumps", but it is easier to whisk them to smooth texture as it only has a small amount of water in it), 3. add more hot water to the amount you desire. now it is a good cup of soy milk drink that all Chinese people would enjoy.

I got it to take with me on holiday as plant based milks overseas are sometimes problematic. This powder doesn’t blend at all when added to tea or coffee, it forms clumps and doesn’t look or taste right. I then tried dissolving some in cold water before adding to hot drinks, it tasted like chalk water. £12 well down the drain.
