Everything comes as pictured. One of the fish for it was broken, but not a big deal. Decent size too, not small but not big

The media could not be loaded.  The design is cute but the part that holds the incense cone is very small and it's hard to balance the incense on it and even though the package came unharmed the product its self was damaged with one of the fish broken into pieces on the inside of the box. The incenses also come with different colors but the sents are unknown because they are not labeled and they all come in the same packet not separate so if they are different sents they won't smell right

Very beautiful. It is heavier than I expected it to be which is a good thing. Love the nonskid leather pad that comes with it. Worth the money

It's super cute, and I actually do really like it, but it's REALLY hard to get the cones to stay where they're supposed to without them falling down. One of the cones came apart as it burnt down and then fell off onto the table. Burnt a small crater in the wood. Lucky nothing flammable was near, but still damaged the table. Yikes!

loved it so much as a birthday gift for my best friend but did not come with the cones.

I absolutely love this, but my fish came broken and floating in the box. :( Still a beautiful piece!

I think that it's cute, but the only bad thing about this product is that it's a little bit hard for me to put the cone on without falling. I don't know if anyone else had this problem, but It isn't that much of an issue and I still like it.

I ordered two of these as gifts. They work exactly as described (as long as there is ZERO draft and they're lovely. Both arrived damaged - one koi fish from each of the the ponds was detached and shattered. - On two separate orders! I won't bother with returning, but it was worth mentioning. It still functions the same. And since there were two fish in the pond, one survived and it still looks good.
