There is just one backdrop piece made of cardboard in the package but you can make your own if you want

Would this fit lego brickheadz?

Yes, it fits brickheadz. That is the purpose I had bought it for. I am able to fit 6 brickheadz in total.

It come in a box that has a cut out opening so you can see the item. Amazon packs that box in one of it's shipping boxes with the little air pillows. Mine arrived without issues. I also ordered 2 from another retailer before I ordered the blue one on Amazon due to a lower price and both of the arrived perfect. The base plates are taped together and fastened to the case so the don't shift and scratch the clear cover during shipping. I'll add a review with photos of the packaging.
