My hair is naturally white. I dyed it - hated it. So I bleached and toned it but still couldn’t get it back to white. I used a purple shampoo and my hair turned purple! I’m 61-years-old, I cannot have purple hair! I used this combo and it stripped my hair completely. I now have yellow-tinted UGLY hair. I’m |~| close to simply shaving my head!**Update** I tried to ask for a refund as was told I’d need to return the product. Hello?!? This was two envelopes (actually four since I used two sets for my long, thick hair) but I USED them, that’s how I knew they DIDN’T WORK. How can I RETURN them?

This did nothing to my hair. Mainly bought it for the masque bc i couldn’t find it available on its own. I used this in the past with great results but not this time around. A little disappointed

I believe this product got rid of any product build up in my hair. It also seems to have stripped the moisture and curl out too. I used several intense moisturizing treatments, by other brands. After 3 weeks, my hair is finally getting better. I do NOT recommend this product for curly hair.
