works excellant
Aloha, my name is Ron Wynne. I live on Maui, Hi. I took these photos of the Kamemameha Golf Club House, which by the way was designed by Frank Loyd Wright. It was originally designed and to be built in California, for Marylin Monroe. I took the photos between Haleakala Crater, and the West Maui Mountains, off Veterans Highway, which runs the 7 miles down the center of the Valley Isle. It separates the North Shore and the South Shore. It is one of the names Maui is also known by. I used my Samsung Galaxy S 8+. I am very pleased with the Benewell 12x50 Monocular telescope. It has proved to be an excellent addition to my phone. Very affordable, and easy to use. I look forward to taking many more photos, as Maui has an endless supply. I would recommend this product to everyone, Mahalo, Ron Wynne

Convenient and Powerful
I took this monocular on a recent trip into Central PA, for hiking and some bird watching. They are easy to use, much easier to carry about than binoculars, and they are plenty powerful enough to see at a distance.I was able to spot a pair of Bald Eagles at very high altitude, and see them clearly. The only minor downside was the attachments. The clip for the smart phone is not useful, and came with no instructions. Also, the hand strap, which attaches to a small screw, can become loose, so you have to be careful on that one.But overall, the product was more than worth the price.

Crisp clear magnification
This offered great magnification and crisp, clear views. The only problem I had was the tripod did not work well with my Samsung Galaxy S8 phone. No matter how much I adjusted it it would only give me a “hole”sized view. Without the tripod it was excellent and by looking it over I’m guessing the tripod would work well with other phones just not mine.

Don’t expect to use your phone camera easily.
Monocular seems solid and easy to use, but the camera attachment is cheap and difficult to align with phone. No instructions were provided to assemble the camera clamp nor use it. The tripod is solid, but too small for large phones e.g. iPhone 11 Pro Max. The spring clamp that actually holds the phone has to be spread all the way and squeeze phone in. The rubber grips were covered in oil and one wasn’t attached. Back to the monocular, the front lens cover is attached, but guessing the back is supposed to slide onto strap provided.

Looks and feels great in my hand
I use this monocular for hiking mainly and was able to see some stunningly clear images through it. I like the fact that it can be setup for use with a smart phone but mainly I just love to see interesting things off in the distance and get a clear look, the focus adjustment is in a great spot and really does its job at dialing in a crystal clear view and the rubber non slip grip is great for rainy weather or snow and the viewing end has a great feature that allows you to adjust it if you wear glasses and I do so l love this feature. All in all an excellent value.

Sturdy, great quality and clarity
Took this monocular to our local nature preserve! Was able to get some great pictures of our local eagles! Easy to carry and fits great in my tote bag! The tripod is sturdy and came in handy holding it steady while waiting for eagles and other wildlife! Very easy to use! Fast shipping highly recommend!
