Gives nice massages but also a game changer for any pregnant woman, I squeezed it during labour to distract from the pain and it was honestly the best thing I brought to the hospital 10/10

Great and easy to use whilst you're sitting down and has helped the pain in my feet a little so going to carry on using to see if it improves the pain anymore.

Too hard. Can't use them on a wooden floor because they slip. Too much pain to be useful also because too hard

Bought for sciatica relief and glute massage.Hope it helps but it is very hard plastic.

Excellent product

I have plantar fasciitis and these balls have helped ease the strain in the past. I bought two smaller balls before which worked fine, but the second time I used this it broke.
