As a sports card and marvel card collector for nearly 30 years, I can say that I have tried nearly every penny sleeve and top loader on the market today, which is overwhelming given the amount of options to choose from as the market has grown over the years. Regarding these specific penny sleeves, I am a fan, as I have purchased them several times. I will list my own formulated opinion below on both the Pros and Cons of these sleeves... The Pros: A bit thicker then your UltraPro, BCW, Cardboard Gold and other big name brands for penny sleeve manufacturers. They are more of a snug fit, without any room at the top of the card, which I will explain in the Cons...They do, in my opinion, give a bit of extra protection to the card given the thickness of these sleeves. I use them for base cards with most vintage and modern, standard sized cards. They will fit in your standard 20-35PT top loader. Good price point for the quantity that you get. Cons: Being that they are a "perfect fit", thicker sleeve, they do not cover the top of the card for more then half an inch, with standard sized cards. This is both a pro and a con in my opinion. If you leave them without a top loader, the top can get bent and damaged if not stored properly. I recommend getting a few cardboard card storage boxes to store them in. These also won't fit the taller sized cards, such as the vintage Bowman Baseball cards. They will fit some of the thicker modern day cards, but not all, such as the chrome cards or thicker sized "parallel" or "insert" specialty cards that are in all the modern day sports packs. In final, I get these sleeves to have on hand to use for base cards where I want a certain level of protection while not using a top loader. These will fit in the top loader, and I will use them for those as well, they even look better in a top loader then the thinner penny sleeves such as UltraPro. I will continue to buy these to have on hand, but for the thicker, modern card inserts and specialty cards, I primarily use Shellz easy glide standard sized penny sleeves, as well as Ultra Pro, BCW and Cardboard Gold.
