The charger head and soap box are the most important.
I ordered it from Amazon UAE. The charger head should be a UK system, not an American system, because I will use the product in the Middle East , and The soap box is very small

Impressed!
I've been looking for something like this for a while. Don't want to use my corded electric powerwasher that puts out 1600 psi to clean my truck because that'll rip the weatherstripping en badges right off. This one "only" puts out 520 psi and is just right.Mine came without the English language manual (there was a Japanese version, though) but an email to the seller and less than 24 hours later they had sent me a PDF version, which I prefer anyway. Great and fast support. The manual goes quite into detail how everything works.Frankly, I wasn't sure if this would do the trick but decided to give it a shot.Turns out it works great and I was really impressed! It even takes care of brake dust in the nooks and crannies of the rims.Batteries are listed in the manual as lasting about 15 minutes on the high setting, but in my experience they lasted much longer, 21 minutes before I had to change batteries. They'll probably last shorter if you use a bucket from which the power washer has to "suck" the water, instead of the hose bib that I used.Pro's:•just the right amount of pressure to do the job of cleaning a car or truck;•portable, you can use this anywhere away from an outlet;•2 batteries that last more than long enough to wash a full-size truck;•built-in soap dispenser;•flexible hose so you you don't have to lug around your garden hose attached to the washer. The flexible hose attaches to the garden hose, or to your spigot or even kitchen faucet;•Different degrees of power: 0, 20 (2x), 40 and 180 plus a shower and a foam setting;*High and Low settings, although I have not found a use yet for the low setting.•Can use any water source, there are multiple filters included for if you use pond or river water. A 5 gallon bucket should last you about 10 minutes, as the manual states it dispenses just over half a gallon per minute on the high power setting.Cons:•I wish the washer would shut off the water supply when not triggered. The water keeps running, even when you release the trigger. Just a minor inconvenience.•I wish they had included a plastic storage case. The cardboard box is only going to last a few months before itll fall apart. Also a minor point, really. All in all, I'm impressed. This is a keeper, and not just for washing my truck. There are plenty of job around the house and yard where this puts out just the right amount of power, where my corder power washer would be too much.

Perfect for Washing Car in the Garage
I bought the Bergwerk for washing vehicles inside when the temperature is below freezing. I was drawn to it because of the good reviews and the "econ" button that reduced the pressure and conserved water because I didn't want to get everything else wet with overspray and splatter. I need not have worried. It works great on the normal setting. I've only used it a couple of times and have found it to be exactly what I needed. I also really like the 90 degree nozzle that makes getting under the rocker panels and inside the wheels and wheel wells much easier. So far: great little tool. (One caveat: I wouldn't recommend buying this thinking it will replace a good electric or gas-powered pressure washer. It only has 1/4 the power of my pressure washer, and I don't think it would work well outside.)

Easy to Use Product
An easy to use product with just adequate pressure if used at the single spray mode. Only issue I found was if you are using a bucket as the water source, the hose nozzle tends to float up to the top. Needs to weighted down to the bottom of the bucket.

Battery Powerwasher
I liked the mobility of using a battery unit. It was easy to use and did a good job of cleaning

Batteries not fully charging
Both batteries do not fully charge after hours charging. One to two lights at most blinks after charging hours. Pushing the ‘remaining charge button’ indicates neither are fully charged. It’s a pretty handy sprayer. But, if these batteries are failing after 2 uses, it’s too expensive.
