What kind of stainless is this set, 18/10 or 18/0?

It is 18/0, even though the description on Amazon at this time (July 24, 2015) says otherwise. I ordered two different patterns of Mikasa flatware at the same time. The other set really is 18/10. By comparison, this set has a less shiny appearance. Also, it has tiny labels etched on some of the pieces that says "Mikasa 18/0."

I prefer a comfortable weight - not too light or not too heavy. One that feels natural in the hand. Can anyone comment on this?

I do not find these too heavy at all. I am very pleased.

Is this the oversize Continental style, or traditional American size? How deep are the spoons?

These are traditional American size. The spoons are a normal depth.

Would you consider this flatware as light to medium weight? What is the length of each piece?

I would actually consider it medium to heavy weight. It is well balanced. I measured the silverware with a tape measure and here is what I came up with; Knife-9 1/2" Fork 8 1/4" Salad Fork 7" Soup Spoon 8" and Teaspoon 7".
