My cat has been starting to go outside (with permission!) but she blends in too much with the woods so this is our compromise. This vest fits her great and the Velcro is super durable so she can’t slip out of it. It’s bright so I can see her in the brush and trees. She didn’t put up a fight putting it on, but other cats might so you’ll have to get them used to it slowly. Definitely recommend for safety and visibility if you let your cats out!

Our cat needs to go outside sometimes as she was feral before moving in with us. I got this harness to after trying a simpler type and another harness that was cheap and ill fitting. This harness fits her well (S/M) and she's about 9 lbs. She walks just a little awkwardly in it, but she can run and jump if she wants to. It can get caught on things as any harness can but overall I really like the design and materials seem to be high quality. The Velcro is strong and getting it off her can be a little bit of a chore but she can't shake it off either. This with a leash of some kind is really the only responsible way to give a cat outside time as it keeps them safe and protects birds and lizards from the cat as well. Quality product and she is happy to be going outside regularly again.

We purchased this leash to match the holster for our kitten whom we wanted to introduce to the outside world. Our house just isn't big enough for his energy, but I wanted him to be safe outside. The holster and leash were absolutely great!!! The Holster fits around the trunk of the body and stays on with Velcro, bright yellow and the leash too is bright yellow and both can be seen in a field of green...which is helpful because our kitten is dark in color. He goes out now without them, but they were a great transition from being a horrible inside cat to a wonderful bring in dead leaves all the time in/outside cat.

This harness is really well-constructed! The velcro seems like it might not be strong enough to hold a cat, but with the sheer amount of it that is used your cat really isn't going to get out of it (unless you don't put it on properly, then they might). I got the bright pink & reflective harness because my cat is completely black and I worry about visibility issues if I take him out. The reflective strip is quite bright, and the pink fabric is an impressive neon that is quite eye-catching. I took off one star, however, because my cat just can't seem to deal with wearing this harness. He goes into corpse mode as soon as it's on him, keeling over and refusing to move, even when I try to tempt him with treats. I suspect if I took him outside with it on to a nice quiet, wooded area he might forget he was wearing it, but I haven't tried that yet. Also, he's put on some weight since I bought this (he's a 12 lb cat who was a skinny 9 lbs when I adopted him) and doesn't fit into it quite as easily anymore, so I'm hoping my other cat grows into it

I have a beautiful sphinx kitten who loves the out doors, and now he’s getting older and bolder so my porch isn’t enough anymore. I don’t want to keep him confined so I was looking for different options on harnesses. Most of the harness I saw looked like they would be ruff on his little naked body and others were just outlandish. I needed something practical and comfortable. This harness had it all. Easy to put on a playful kitten. I have less worry of him escaping the harness as he gets more comfortable being outside of my porch, plus I love the fact that it is reflective as we usually go out for evening walks.All and all I would recommend.

SoI think most cat owners can probably agree that cats are pretty particular about how they are touched. For my cat, touching his belly is a no-no. This harness fails on two fronts:1) It wraps around his belly, which he finds extremely uncomfortable2) The velcro fasteners, while pretty easy to put on, require a lot of handling to take off, which makes the experience pretty unpleasant for himWon't be using this harness.The material feels good, and I appreciate the reflective strips though.

The velcro is incredibly strong so put it on the cat very carefully. The fit for our small kitty just right and she moves nicely in it. And the pink color makes it easier to see when she slips into the garden. Very happy with this harness.

I've tried so many different styles but my cat could easily escape all of them ... except this one. What is better is she doesn't at all mind wearing it. She seems quite comfortable. I can highly recommend.

Difficult for cats to get out of (but not impossible) - our cat can get loose if he pulls away from the leash facing away from us. Would recommend though.

The day I received this, I wrote my phone number on it for emergencies, wrote "outdoor kitty" and wrote "Do not feed." Then I wrapped my kitty in it and set him free for the first time. SO MUCH EASIER than a harness and no escape. SO MUCH BETTER than a collar. Big reflectors. EXTREMELY STRONG VELCRO. Two weeks now, no issues.
