It does not matter what phone carrier you have it is the fact that your phone is not compatible with the VOLTE system. This stands for voice over LTE

Does this work on the new At&t. network that came out in 2022

Yes it does! Don't listen to them. As long as it is a true G900UM model than yes it works. Don't get the G900TM or any other equivalent, it has to be the at&t model. Have done it twice. Google search at&t approved phones and you will find the G900UM on the list. Hope this helps
