I would like to say this is the most amazing item I have ever received. I am going to be a bit descriptive in my review. I am doing this just so that everyone will understand a little bit about the item a little bit better than some of the reviews. Firstly, I want to let you all know that I am a Massage Therapist and I give this massager a 5-star rating. Secondly, I had noticed that some of the reviews had complained that the massager does not massage the way they wanted it to, the heat not being able to shut off, and it doesn't go down to the lumbar region.Let me explain that as a massage therapist this item is not meant to give you a "Shiatsu-like" massage. It is only meant to give you a vibration massage as it explained in the description. Next, I am 5 ft 3" woman who weighs 230 lb. This massager is not meant to massage your lower lumbar area. It is more for your cervical and thoracic areas which gives a nice vibration in the shoulders, the neck, and the middle back area. The vibration is strong enough as if you are getting a Swedish massage.Next, for those who complained about the heat and not being able to turn it off? You can turn off the key and still have a massage. The lower button that has the little squiggly lines all you have to do is press it once and it turns it off and you can still have a massage.Personally I do not know what people expect from this massager, but I truly love it and I would recommend it 1000% to pay the money and get it. It is not the type of massage that has the rollers that are pressing in and moving around which is like Shiatsu massage it is a vibration massage which is like a Swedish massage. It's nice and light but it's still hard enough that you can feel it and it will loosen your muscles. The heat as it explains will not heat up like a heating pad. The heat temperature is a warming heat. It will heat up to 130 degrees.I hope my review helps you to determine whether or not you will buy this product because I truly feel it is an amazing massager. I give it two thumbs up!

I received this item last night and as soon as I opened it I couldn't stop using it, it was amazing! It heated up very quickly, distributed heat evenly and officently, the massager part is very soothing and relaxing and definitely helps with stiff sore muscles. I kept turning it back on as soon as it shut off. Like all heating pads as a safety feature it shuts off after 30 minuets and I quickly turned it right back on because it felt good to have that relief of back pain. I even had to fight my cat off because she kept wanting to lay on top of my shoulders for the warmth 🤣, I didn't want cat hair all over the black material. Whenever I had to get up you can easily just unplug the one section of the heating pad so you don't have to undo wearing it, or unplug it from the wall which is very convenient, it works sitting up, I did find it works better if your leaning into it though so the pressure is rougher (lean back into the cushions on the couch or lay back on the pillows in bed) It is very comfortable, you don't have to buckle it but you can so it stays in place better. I definitely give this 5 stars!

I have been a believer of massage therapy, both human hands and mechanical hands. For everyday cramps and tight muscles I preferr massage at ‘my home’. No traveling with pain to get to the pain relieving feeling from human hands just for a while, because you having to travel home which is not exciting.My solution is mechanical hands. Using them the suggested time cycle go to ‘vibrator heaven’. My newest addition is Snailax Neck and Shoulder massage unit with heat. I have used it daily for 33 days and I can now give a review built on repetition of quality massage. It sits pads outstretched waiting for me to settle in my sofa chair to relax. One 30 minuets cycle gets my blood moving into tight muscle areas, and also, very important, the muscle movement helps move out old blood with the waste toxins. Comfortable on shoulders, the unit stays well on my shoulders, and has easy disconnect that is near power button. If I want to get up, we get up together, I unplug, do, return, plugin and we restart process. The heat is strong and does not slow vibrator units. Heat is too much for me, I like mostly the massage movements, 5 choices. One level so gentle and one like rolling across a washboard. I start my morning stretches with these mechanical hands and settle into evening with their soothing touch. Joe

Best wrap I have owned. I just received this a week ago but I have owned other brand wraps for my neck, shoulder and lower back injuries and FM for the past 30 yrs. This one has worked the best for me. This is my first Snailax product and so far I am impressed. I bought the large so it would hang down to my belt line to help with my lower back and stiffness. It also pulls farther down on the back if needed.Pros: Nice material and the slightly weighted shoulder pads gel nice and relaxing like a weighted blanket and stay in place when moving. The two elastic straps are comfortable and easy to use and stay in place and tight to your back so you feel the heat and massagers. Controls look the same as other brands and are easy to reach and use. The short cord plug connector is really nice and easy to reach if I need to disconnect and the cord is not in the way of my arm and doesn't sway and catch on anything. The four vibratory are quieter and located on each side of your spine and have nice massage modes. The heat in the collar feels great on the neck. Love the lower tapered back so it is not as wide as the shoulders and fits me great and not bulky.Cons: I wish the heat was a bit hotter like other brands. But it does a nice job.

The design is great and was exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately it missed in a few areas for my needs. Positives are it is comfortable for the most part, covers my entire neck and the different massage settings was great.What I didn't like: first- even on the highest setting, it does not get hot enough for my needs. Second- the edges of the shoulders flaps dig into my neck and eventually become uncomfortable. I don't clasp the two together for this reason. And third- I was not a fan of the straps. While they are useful to bring the heating pad close to the body, they eventually get uncomfortable.I really wanted to like this because I wanted one with a massager after neck surgery but I don't see using this long term for the above reasons. Definitely a personal preference for me. This may work great for others, evident by the amount of great reviews, but just isn't for me.
