Amazing product!!!
This is absolutely gorgeous. This is an amazing product for fermentation. Making your own sauerkrat at home is so much tastier than store bought!!! It has a nice sleek appearance, no leakage, and works so well!!! You can ferment other things, I just have only done sauerkrat!!! Definitely worth it!!!

Great crock for making sauerkraut
Beautiful fermenting crock. Have had several comments on it. It has sat in the kitchen counter tucked back in a corner with cabbage or something else fermenting in it.I love my new fermenting crock. The weights kept the cabbage I under the brine.I had never had a crock that had water seal to it. Very nice no air in only gas bubbles comes out durning the fermentation process.

Good deal for the money
Did just fine. Made an awesome batch of kraut with it.

Light weight coated weights
The weights are very large making it hard to put them in when you have the crock full. Works well finished in two weeks.

Excellent crock.
I love most everything about this fermenting crock. The size is perfect, I don't have to use several mason jars for one small batch of vegetables nor have to make huge amounts at one time, as I would have to with a larger crock. Also easy to carry and wash as the smaller size makes it lighter weight. My first batch of vegetables was glorious (cabbage with some carrot and beet root plus a bit of onion and garlic). Ready in 5 days and absolutely no spoilage even though I live in the tropics where fermentation can progress to rot in a surprisingly short period of time. The only -very small negative is that the handles present a concave surface on the inside, which requires some extra care when washing. The pounding pestle is comfortable and effective but not heavy, the weights are heavy enough to stay put, and the "moat" design is genius. I just keep bottle of water next to the crock so keeping the moat filled takes just a few seconds. See photos of working crock sitting on a plate in case of spillage (there was none in first batch), with water bottle ready; contents happily fermenting, a serving of the first batch. Excellent product.
