The camera (once I used the right app...) did set up pretty easy. The instructions that came with it were not for the model that I received so they didn't match up to the location or quantity of LED status lights. The quality is great - both day and night, zooming and panning. The alerts are not ultra sensitive and only come through when there actually is movement or sound. If having accurate alerts is what you want, then try this one before the others. We have 3 brands of cameras and this one is the best at providing accurate alerts. This one is by far the best quality and has the best features of the three as well.The one downside is kind of an industry issue but doesn't apply to everyone. You can only see the video live unless you pay for a subscription. I understand every device like this has a cloud pay for option and this is where the market is headed. But there's usually a free level of "subscription" that keeps the last 30 days (or some other limited timeframe) and additional levels that retain months or years of storage are available for a fee. Hopefully someday free low storage subscriptions will be available.A memory card can be added but unless there's a way to access the stored video remotely, so I think most people won't bother with it. That being said, I think this option is necessary incase you're using it in an area with spotty or no WiFi. I'll probably try the micro SD card so I can figure out where the groundhogs are getting into my yard and garden (if I can find a one in my desk... not a Faleemi issue).I also have EZVIZ and WYZE cameras (all 2-4 years old), and one older Faleemi camera. My WYZE cameras are basically baby monitors, but my EZVIZ cameras are for security and the footage is stored on a local computer. So the one downside of this camera is one that I have with the others and has nothing to do with the quality or cost.I highly recommend this camera and am crossing my fingers for a free low storage subscription, or way to store the videos directly to Dropbox. Maybe there's a way for Faleemi to get commission for all the upgraded subscriptions Dropbox would get from this and not have to store the videos themselves.

This camera starts recording very quickly and has a sharp vision days and nights. The software is easy to use and Faleemi support fast and friendly. The camera offers two programmable schedules for time off and two for motion detection. So you can set it up to work during the night when you sleep for instance and during the day when you are away. You can also just turn the motion detection on and off when you want without using the schedules. Easy to check and delete messages from your phone (at least from an iPhone). You can choose to use or not use the mic and do not need cloud storage if you delete messages when not needed. I have not explored all the possibilities of this little camera but what I have seen and used works well.

I recently decided to get another Faleemi camera to monitor the exterior walkway from inside a window. I selected this one because I had another, earlier generation Faleemi model - similar in appearance - and have been pleased with its performance.I was pleased with the ease of setup. In my case, the auto-recognition of the QR code didn't work, but the alternate connection method (by connecting to the device WiFi itself) was easy and straightforward. I liked that the camera 'voice' gave updates as it progressed until it let me know that it was fully connected.I like the newer 'joy-stick' style controls to move the camera - tho' there does seem to be a bit of latency in the signal so that the camera will tend to go past the intended focus point before stopping. Takes a little getting used to the feel of it.The image is crystal clear and meets my purposes.You can opt for local (you need to purchase the micro-disk) vs cloud storage depending on your needs.The only down-side is that the new Faleemi Cloud app does not support the older model cameras. It's a small issue but you do need to be aware of which camera is controlled by which app.All in all, a good product and definitely worth the price versus some of the competitors.

The media could not be loaded.  I wish there were more stars to review this product because it's just that good! I am known on social media for my animals and I have been buying Faleemi cameras for the past four to five years now. I record my animals while I'm not home for my fans. I think at this point I have every one that they have produced! I use them to watch my pets while I'm not home & while I'm home. I have one in every room of the house so I can see them 24 hours a day. I have never once had a problem with any of my cameras. The customer service is amazing when you do need them to help you set it up for any problems you may have. The night vision is incredible the clarity is perfect and the sound is very crisp. I am able to hear them and speak to them if I need to. I also used the security camera while my mother was very ill. I had the camera on her 24/7 and it made me feel so much safer when I wasn't around her. I was able to watch her while she was sleeping to make sure she was still breathing and of course she was in the dark and I was able to see her and hear her perfectly.If you're looking for a HIGH QUALITY security camera for your home, pets & family members, this is exactly what you want to purchase! Can’t connect to 5 g. So now it’s worthless to me.

I've had 3 of these cameras for almost a month. They have been wonderful so far! They were quick and easy to set up, have a good picture quality, don't require a subscription for basic function, and have the ability to record clips. I'm very happy with them and would buy them again

I have used these cameras for a while. The first few I got- connected to WiFi with ease (still do!). However, in the last couple of months, I have ordered THREE cameras. NONE of them will connect to WiFi. I have tried everything, and this is my third and final attempt. I guess I have to switch brands and download yet another app. *womp womp*
