This product, I learned about it from a Tik Tok influencer, she highly recommended it and I wanted to try it being I am a hazelnut lover. This product is worth the money, this product is highly concentrated, meaning you don't need much to flavor whatever you are going to use it for. (I am using it for homemade coffee creamer) This hazelnut extract is thick and flavorful, the smell is awesome and the taste is magnificent. I haven't used it to bake with as of yet, but I am sure it will be full of flavor and satisfying, because of the smell, taste, and texture especially in a cake or cookies/ The color is like a very light brown, and it pairs well with almond extract. somehow the cheapest hazelnut flavoring/extract I could find, yet the best tasting. Incredibly powerful, so much so I thought it was horrible quality until I realised I just had to put less. Can be overpowering, so jut use a drop and go from there.

Got tired of flavor coffees knowing now that most are made on the cheapie, with not necessarily quality beans and/or ingredients, many of which are perhaps unnecessary for an average cup of flavor coffee, but certainly vital for the process coffee companies need to sell it. A little curious decided to find some kind of Hazelnut extract, etc, as my first try out. Purchased an ordinary, inexpensive ground coffee, the kind most would cover with powder creamer to tolerate the usually strong and bitter taste, but to its credit pretty pretty darn strong qualities. LorAnn became my choice after a tedious research in Amazon. Somewhat affordable for 4oz, well thought of by several fellow reviewers. Upon arrival I used 4 spoons of coffee, 3 cups water, and started the brewing process. When done I pour a 12 oz amount, tried it as is, bitter and strong as predicted, and immediately added two, three? drops of the oily Hazelnut emulsion, and powder cream liberally, 3 drops of EX Sweet (zero impact glucose and favorite). Took a drink, and lo and behold, as good if not better than the many flavored coffees purchased through the years! Works, cheaper and tastier. Might work for baking, not too shabby. 4 Stars.

I bought this to make my ex boyfriend's birthday cake with and literally the moment I opened it, my mouth started watering! It smells so so good! Plus you barely need to use any because it's strong, so it's lasting me ages! (I'm one of those use twice the amont of vanilla extract people so if I'm saying it's good value for money, you know it is)! It's super thick and goopy, and tastes so good! I literally will put it in my morning coffee sometimes. So incredible!

Excelente producto

I got both the hazelnut and cookie butter bakery emulsion and I smelled them and immediately they smelled like candles rather than their real life counterparts. I decided I would still go ahead and use it so I put it in my ice cream mix and when it was finally ready to eat it tasted like I was eating straight chemicals with and artificial flavor to it. DO NOT PURCHASE !!!!!!!!

Wish I could have read the label before purchase. This contains propylene glycol. I prefer that it would contain all natural ingredients as I make my own hazelnut flavored coffee creamer. It DOES smell and tastes like hazelnut just wish it had all natural 100% flavoring. For this I rated 3 stars.

LorAnn is my go-to-brand when it comes to flavoring, a little will go a long way with their products. This Hazelnut emulsion gives you that yummy hazelnut flavoring. When you open the bottle/add it on your batter, it does smell sooo strong and does not smell "natural" but don't be discouraged as it will change when you start baking. The finished products smells and taste like hazelnut without that strong smell from the bottle. This came in a plastic bottle, I prefer if it is on a glass bottle though just like their other products.
