These pads are long but not overly thick like some more eco friendly options. Not sure if they really help with cramps but I am willing to believe they do so maybe that helps. The wings could be stickier and I am not sure which end is which.

No it was a little skeptical of this one because it said it reduces menstrual cramps and I thought what pad could help reduce menstrual cramps?! Believe it or not I would not go through the cramping days without having these on hand ever again! They may not get rid of them completely but they sure make them a lot more bearable! Plus I love the size and the fact that they hold a lot so my heavy days are no longer a worry! Before I was having to use the period underwear along with an overnight pad just to get me through 2 hours of work without leaking. These hold up without the period underwear! The only problem I have is it keeps telling me they can't be delivered to my area so it's got to be a California thing!

I have heavy periods with great pain almost every time. This one claims to be able to help with the pain and I have a reason to try this.So far I have been using this for 2 cycles. The first time I had no pain at all and the second time I had milder pain which I only needed to take pain killer for 4 days to manage it. I wonder how much it helps with the pain since I am still not able to find a straight Correlation with it. However, this product is quite comfortable, feeling not very stuffy. Nice
