Everything I need to up my meat game. The last time I slow roasted a pork shoulder it was done to perfection and pulled nicely, but I needed to add lots of flavor after the fact to make tasty sandwiches. This injector changes all that. After watching a few videos on how to use a meat injector, I'm certainly not an expert but I learned that the whole process is easier but also more nuanced than I had thought. For those who are new to meat injectors, I highly recommend watching videos of a few cooks who explain the best ways to use this tool and how to get the most out of it. The injector comes with some kind of lubricant inside, which needs to be thoroughly cleaned out before use. Then it's just a matter of applying a little vegetable oil or fat to the silicone o-ring around the plunger before assembling the injector and filling it with marinade. I am surprised at the quality of this injector at this price. I haven't found any indication of whether the needles have standardized fittings, but I suspect one or two of them will need to be replaced at some point. Meanwhile, Happy BBQing.

Very easy to use and easy to clean!

This injector works great. Make my own marinades and like the different needles for the job I need. Save money making my own. Only thing is a must. Make sure to lube the o-ring 1st. If you don't, it'll stick.

We used this to inject garlic herb butter into our Thanksgiving turkey and it made all the difference. Love that it comes with a cleaning brush, ring seals and several needles. Make sure oil the inside of the tube before use so that it injects smoothly. Quality seems great.

I had a plastic version of this I was unable to find this year. We always inject olive oil into the turkey and roast it in a bag. This year with a 29lb turkey I ordered this and got it just in time for Thanksgiving. Multiple tips and I used the one with 6 holes making for easy work on the bird. Came out totally juicy again. Happy this one is in steel so it will last longer.

I purchased this in 2021 and have used it many times. The only reason for 3 stars instead of 5 is that I have been unable to find a replacement for the large silicone o-ring. I am on the 2nd o-ring and it now has a tear and will fail soon. Without a way to purchase a replacement o-ring, this will render the injector useless. If I can secure replacement o-rings, I would change the rating back to 5 stars
