An absolute lifesaver for Anyone who has very low to mid back pain or hip pain &/or needs a brace that goes below your tailbone &up to mid shoulders it is 100% customizable, in one whole piece with 3 strong Velcro stays. it is so easy to put on and you can immediately tell the difference. my back has been broken for 17 years and this is the first time that I have been pain free when moving bending or standing. this brace has been an absolute game changer for my life. my work is extremely physical & I'm very disabled, amazing staying power through any movements. the material is extremely soft it does not hurt your skin even if you slightly miss the velcro the velcro itself does not even hurt your skin. the stays down the side keep everything right in place they're perfectly thin enough to be flexible but thick enough to keep things in place I cannot say enough wonderful things about this brace I will definitely buy this brace from this supplier because it is 100% exactly what they say & exactly what you need to rotate your pelvis forward and hold your stomach in and prevent/correct most lower back pain. I am 5'6 in height, wear a size 18/20 jeans(regular type not spandex, 14/16 in spandex tight jeans) I'm truly heavy in my stomach area measuring 50 inches at it's fullest around my waist area. I got a brace size XXL. So easy to place in, No Help Needed!!! Lay it out Velcro on your left side, place one stay, then the others. After, adjust again, one stay at a time, until you get the desired compression. Place the outter supports ( I use them a bit lower on my abdominal area for added sling support of the lower stomach area, mine is very saggy from 5 C-sections) ABSOLUTE GAME CHANGER!!

I bought for csection recovery, seems well made and better than hospital binder they give you.

I bought this for my post-surgery recovery. However, this was not comfortable at all. The velcros are confusing as to which strap is supposed to wrap where. The boning on it also made it very uncomfortable because the boning dug into my ribcage and my hip and near my bossom. I ordered the large size so that the wrap-around had enough room to wrap all the way around my stomach that was swollen and extended post-surgery; the problem with this is that it was now so big that the boning dug in at the top and bottom. It hurt too much to use.

Lo único que quede inconforme es que el tallo es un poco pequeño para mi, me hubiera gustado que fuese un poco más largo, soy una persona alta y no cubre todo mi torso. Pero el material se siente bien

So far, it's a great fabric & a very good size. Covers & tightens the parts I need most to be tight.
