I take it with glycine as a glynac supplement. seems to work well.

Wow, direct hit with my body/blood chemistry. The pill is flavorless if swallowed with water. After three days, my nasal passages are clearer, my thinking is clearer, reduced anxiety, reduced circular thinking, reduced body aches in my back and joints, better energy, better alertness, better sleep, eliminated pains around my liver. I look forward to next few days and weeks, this is a significant improvement in quality of life.

I am taking this product to keep the homocysteine level down. Previously I was taking the 600 mg but decided to up it to the 1000 milligram, and the last time I had my blood checked my homocysteine level was the lowest since being monitored.

The product is good...however.. took 2 months to get it...recommend just going to a drugstore.

After researching this type of supplement especially the area of nasal congestion, I have found that after a month and a 1/2 of use... my nasal passages are clearer than they've ever been... it's not a placebo because I've tried other things.....this really works.

This is a supplement that my endocrinologist says is essential. She also says it is important to take NAC (glutathione precursor) and not glutathione because it stimulates the body to make its own, whereas the latter my reduce your body’s own production because it detect the supplementation of it. This is the brand she recommends and it is so much cheaper here than in her office! highly recommend!
