I took these for two weeks before a cruise and the whole week of the cruise and came back healthy as a clam! No sickness for me. My only complaint is that they are kind of large and you're supposed to take two a day. The flavor was OK but by taking two at once, it got kind of gross, so I'd split them up and take one in the morning and one in the evening. I did eventually get used to the flavor to where it wasn't too bad. but I didn't even finish the container because once I got home and wasn't sick, I stopped eating them due to that lol

First, it taste pretty good, which it makes easier to take it on daily basis. Getting sick sucks. So be proactive with this gummies.
