Love these! They work great to prevent microwave splatter. More effective than a paper towel, quicker and easier than covering with wax paper. Hubby actually enjoys using them, and we don’t fight over microwave messes any more! Easy to give it a quick rinse or wash after using or even put it in the dishwasher. Durable and cute. Will be ordering more!

These lids are so much better for microwaving. I have found they actually cut down on the amount of time it takes to microwave just about everything. I usually have food in Pyrex bowls with lids and just microwave them with the lid laying over the top but not fully closed (that has ruined a few lids when they were suctioned down) and that always takes more time than I think it should. These lids work better in a number of ways but the one thing that stands out the most is that food gets heated more evenly. I would definitely recommend and would buy again, but don't need to since you get a pack of 3, different sizes.

These are adorable and very functional. I bought them to fit a pot that no longer has a lid and find them useful to cover bowls as well. I also use one as a steamer lid because my steamer basket sticks up with the regular pot lid, and it works very well.

We had a hard plastic cover that cracked. We like these new silicone covers. They do fine, except they do sag down into the food they are covering. We have not had them long. We think they will last and they are easy to clean.

They don't really "steam".And they deform from the heat, losing the seal

This are great to heat/cook in the microwave. They stay put and the “steamboat” is perfect for releasing the steam. Works on stovetop too. I don’t like the pale blue color. I bought this set to give away. My set is red, green, and blue.

I was so excited to get these but I am quite disappointed in how they work or didn’t work. I read all the reviews and most were excellent. That was not my experience, however. I placed the smallest lid over a mug of coffee The timer was set for 2.50 minutes. The seal did not hold and the coffee spilled out and covered the bottom of the microwave. I tried again a little later and the same thing happened. I guess the good news is it didn’t splatter all over the microwave and it was easy to clean the lid, but I still had to clean the bottom of the microwave twice. I am very disappointed!!! I will try again one last time, using a bigger mug to see if that helps. If not, I plan to return these. I will update later what happened.

Just place atop your microwave-safe bowl or casserole. They won't sag or burn, and I haven't managed to stain them yet. The cute little steamships serve both as vents and as stay-cool handles (no head of steam gets a chance to build, so you won't burn yourself by the holes), plus they nest so you can keep them neatly stacked. The largest one would likely work as a vented lid for a small or medium-sized frying pan, though I haven't tried it yet. Another purpose: try them over a salad bowl in the fridge; you'll have a little ventilation but not enough to dry out your lettuce.
