Waist unstretched is approx 16.5 inches Leg opening unstretched approx. 9 inches. Above measurement is after being washed & dried. This fits Grandson about 29-30 lbs. He is on the slim side. 2T is getting small but 3T loose around waist on him. Help this info helps!
