Beautiful, but...
After determining the actual ounces, the "40 oz" NARA teapot is not anywhere near it. It's actually 24 oz. Also, it's rather clumsy to pour, with the spout so close to the top of the pot you have to tilt the pot so much, the lid could slide off, and trying to hold the lid on, the square on top of the lid is HOT, and requires a pot holder. Rather clumsy. Disappointed, and am thinking of returning it.

Not the capacity that is mentioned
This tea pot is smaller than 1.2 Liters, by a lot. Also, I expected more body, and weight - a better quality in general. It looks rather cheap and flimsy. I’m sorry I bought it, and I do not recommend it. I know what a great tea pot looks like, and this is not it. Inaccurate advertising.
