Icefire Trilogy: The Complete Series (Icefire Trilogy: a dark, epic fantasy series)

OK, I enjoyed the series once I got into the story.

This is a good series, not great, but solidly enjoyable reading. The typos and grammatical errors are rather annoying, but it happens when self publishing.The author included a warning to readers, but I will repeat it for anyone that didn't see it. There is a lot of (unnecessary to the story) homosexual rape and fairly descriptive details concerning childbirth and related exams. I would not let my young child or 14 yr old read this book.I haven't yet decided if I like the book enough to buy the 2nd trilogy, but I am leaning that way.
