Which one is best suitable capsules or powdered form for someone with a compromised immune system? and how should it be used? thank you.

I've read that the capsules are better absorbed in the small intestine because the gel cap may protect the colostrum from stomach acids. It is best taken on an empty stomach with 8 oz water.

does this contain casein or whey?

Of course it has casein. Casein is the main protein present in milk.

Does it suitable for children under the age of 10?

I use the powdered colostrum, yes, it is safe for children under the age of 10. The way I found out about it was through a friend who's child was constantly sick with upper respiratory infection's. Her Pediatrician told her to try Bovine Colostrum. I then ordered some, I have gone a full year without being sick, I usually go through upper respiratory infections at least 3 times through the winter months. If your child is to young to take the capsule, you can open it and use the powder inside. I just eat the powder off a spoon. I do take a lot, about 2 to 3 scoops a day. Out of all the benefits from taking colostrum, I would say for me, it really helped my immune system more then any thing else, so I'm sticking with it. I hope this helps.
