Shimano Rear Mech Sora R3000 9spd GS

Bought this to replace a damaged Sora 9 speed rear Derailleur on my B'twin Triban bike and this works fine. It's not a difficult Job to set up a new derailleur and there's plenty of guides on Youtube to watch. The shifting is crisp and I'm very pleased.

This rear derailleur was faulty from new and has to be serviced way too early, do to sealed pivot and not shifting properly. I would like to return this product for an exchange but there isn't option for that, so I am stuck with an faulty item.
