Gorgeous, practical, stunning gardening gloves that are made extremely well, with extra layers of leather on the palms and finger tips, where you would grab thorny branches. The gauntlet length, which is also leather with roses stitched on to them, are great to protect your arms from those pesky thorns! The leather has the suade feel to it, so they will need to be brush cleaned, perhaps use a little suade brush, thats used for shoes. I purchased size M - medium, they are a good snug fit, my hands measure 7.5" length just onto wrist, and 3¼" wide across my palm. Being leather, they are quite thick, but not overly so, it's easy to form a fist and to grip plants. They will obviously loosen up a bit after time, because they are leather, but being really well made, I can see them lasting a very long time and not misshapen. They are not bulky but fit closely so that it is easier to grasp weeds etcI definitely recommend them.

These gloves were purchased as a birthday gift for a friend who loves gardening. Not only were they comfortable and stylish but very practical. Can recommend

Very lovely gloves overall. Nice design, good strong material. However the small size is very tight at the wrist. My hand is small but the wrist place id slightly wider like for all humans so it is a bit of a tight fit. However when pushed through it is ok. 😊

This fit exactly to size I bought the 3-5 my grandson is quite big and they fit wonderfully he has full movement and he loves having a pair like his nan. They save his arms from nettles and other various grotty bits he likes to indulge in.

Really comfy, a very snug fit on my hands (I’m 5’6” with medium sized hands and slightly stubby fingers, I got a medium) so I’m able to be very dexterous. Big improvement over the cheapo b&q gloves that I had before in terms of handling thorns, brambles etc. Some long thorns can still poke through, but I don’t think anything short of Kevlar can stop them all though. The gauntlet style keeps my arms protected, they are machine washable and I like the little rose pattern. Functional and very much fit for purpose.

These are fantastic quality. Having very thin skin on lower forearms which scags and bleeds both external and internal leaving unsightly blemishes, these gauntlets are amazing. They are a snug fit , xl for me as I have broad hands and alow me to garden with feeling and protection. Lo Ely colour, fast delivery, great value for money.

Ich habe ca 2mx1mx0,8m Rosen im Garten, mit fiesen Dornen. Die blühen von Ende Mai bis September wenn man regelmäßig die verblühten Zweige abschneidet und dazwischen auch das Unkraut ausputzt. Bisher war das der Horror - entweder bei 34C im Sommer mit Winterjacke, oder halt die Arme völlig verkratzt - die Hände sowieso zerstochen, weil die Gartenhandschuhe den Dornen nicht gewachsen sind. Mit etwas Vorsicht geht es mit diesen Handschuhen im T-shirt ohne Kratzer und Stiche. Die Arme sind schön weit, da kommt Luft dran. Ich dachte erst, die wären zu kurz, aber in der Praxis brauchte ich weiter oben keinen Dornenschutz. Die Hände sind zu Anfang etwas steif, waren aber am Ende der ersten Session schon flexibler. Wahrscheinlich kann man die Rosen so kräftig greifen, dass die Dornen es auch durch diese Handschuhe schaffen, aber wozu? Ich kann gut mit einer Hand die Ranken, die im Weg sind wegschieben, und mit der anderen jäten. Oder mit einer Hand vorsichtig die Ranke die abgeschnitten werden soll nehmen, und mit der anderen schneiden. Die recht kleine Felco 14 Gartenschere lässt sich mit den Handschuhen gut bedienen. Tut 100% was es soll und sieht auch noch schick aus.

Got my embroidered gardening gloves today. They arrived the next day from when I put in my order, in a clear long ziplock manufacturer product bag that was inside of Amazon’s brown paper large envelope package. They looked just as cute in the bag as I expected them from the product purchase page. Opened the package up and put them on to check the fit as I wasn’t sure when I ordered them if I’d be a size large or medium based on the size chart suggestions and reviews. They fit perfect! I originally had the large in my cart but changed my mind after measuring my hand, reading the reviews for this product and reading reviews and size charts for other similar products and finally decided on the medium instead of the large. And I’m glad I did. They are a nice snug fit like I wanted them to be, especially when handling my bougainvillea thorny branches project in my yard. Loose gloves for handling thorny branches just sounds more annoying to me. Imagine your gloves if loose, getting snagged by thorns and pulled off because they aren’t snug fitting enough...not what I was looking forward to in gloves for my project. I’m 5’4” and I weigh 154 pounds. I normally wear a medium in my regular leather gloves and in latex gloves so the medium sounded better than the large already. I also measured my hands (see pics). My palm measured across 3 inches and from the tip of my middle finger to my wrist it measured 7 1/4 inches. I hope these measurements along with the product sizing chart can help you and serve as a guide using the two when deciding on what size that will work be best for you. These gloves will also get broken in as I use them and stretch a little, so keep that in mind when making your selection. The gloves are really cute just like pictured on the product page. I went with the light pink. The gloves seem well made and durable although I haven’t put them to use yet to fully test them out so I can only review them this far and I may post an update at a later time if necessary. The embroidered rose is done well. No issues with seems, or stitching. The stitching and embroidery are done nicely and neatly. They are soft to touch and have nice padding on the palm. The material is 100% synthetic leather per label on inside of glove. Also on the label it says no washing machine, no ironing etc. See pic of label. But I think hand washing can be done but that’s just my opinion. I’m happy with my purchase as they are really cute but we’ll see how they hold up over time and how puncture proof they are when I use them to handle my bougainvillea thorny branches. If I post no update, that means they are holding up well and protecting my hands as they claim to be able to do.
