NILLA Wafers Cookies, Vanilla Wafers, 12 - 11 oz boxes

Same great taste we enjoyed as a snack as a child. Wonderful memories of the delicious banana puddings made by my grandmother and mother using the recipe on the side of the box. I still use this recipe sin e I have not yet tasted a banana pudding recipe that beats it.

It seems the nilla cookies were a hit in this house, I bought these cookies to be use in a pudding recipe, but family memembers decided to just chow down on them before I ever had the chance to add them to the recipe. Looks like I will need to buy another box and this time hide those.

I used these for the base/crust for mini (cupcake size) cheesecakes. They were a big hit!

My wife and I love Nilla's as do our three German Shephard's one of which is very fussy when it comes to treats. Dog approved! The price of around $3.30 per box is hard to beat and they are very fresh with seven months to go. They are hard to find in stock though at the $40+/- price. The $82 price is just silly, and I doubt they sell one unit at that price point.

Vanilla flavor cookie similar in taste to shortbread but not as dense. Nice for snacks. Great for dipping in peanut butter and Or Nutella. Many people put them in banana pudding or vanilla pudding. They’re even tasty dipping them in roasted red pepper humus. Oh! They are tasty dipping in sugar-free Cool Whip too.
