Hunter Fan Company, 51120, 60 inch Royal Oak Brushed Nickel Ceiling Fan and Handheld Remote

This is the best fan I have ever purchased. It’s beautiful, the material is very durable and the best part it’s very quiet.

Have a very large living room. Replaced the old fan with this new marvel. It really moves the air. I am not a fan ha of the lights that come with fans I think fans should only do air movement not try and add light to a room. The remote is very nice easy to use. Installation is a challenge you need to be comfortable with tools electrical and doing this on a ladder. The instruction sheet is awesome 1 step on each page nice big pictures with additional considerations depending on the install. The bracket that attaches to the ceiling is fantastic solid metal and holds the remote receiver nicely just make sure you slide it into the bracket then do the wiring. Little screws are a trouble when you are balancing on a ladder. But once up this looks great and really works nice.

This fan really looks nice and runs very quietly. It could throw a little bit more wind, but it’s OK. We think it’s very attractive for our room and it worked on a slanted ceiling.

Once I got past the electrical issues/remote installation/instructions, the fan was finally installed and works great. It is very quiet, cools the living room down, and best of all, it has a remote control (our first).Highly recommend.

Typical ceiling fan install. The main issue is trying to put the blades on while working over your head on the fan while it is trying to rotate away from you. Get yourself a helper to hold it while you install the blades. Or, better yet, install all but one of the blades before hanging the fan.We cannot hear it running at all. Didn't have to balance it at all.Remote is pretty small. But at least it comes with a wall mount so you can put it away. The remote works well.Only downside is I wish high speed was a little faster and moved a little bit more air. This one doesn't seem as fast as our last one.

Apparently the remote module was bad. We installed it twice. Power was going to the module but no power coming out to the fan. We installed the old module from the previous fan and everything works fine. Fan is good, power is good. Support wants us to reinstall the module for troubleshooting. Sorry, it is 14' in the air and not going to happen.

Super easy to assemble and install . Moves a lot of air and is extremely quiet. No issues with remote at all.

This is an attractive fan that, for us, has been a great disappointment. After about tow months, the remote didn't work. We followed Hunter's directions carefully to see if the problem was in the remote or its batteries. It wasn't, so we needed to replace the receiver. That part is fairly expensive and replacing it has been a terribly difficult task. I cannot recommend this fan.
