Disappointed with second order
The first time I ordered these, I had no issues. Perfect for my cockatiel! My second order however, the wing nuts do not fit half of the perches. I will have to go to the hardware store to try and find some myself. Frustrating to have perches I can’t use. Otherwise my bird enjoys them and they’re holding up well.

Giving the fact that I really love this , I’m rating 3 stars because I’ve bought this item. they delivered the item with missing parts, returned to get the item back with a missing part again, just one.. huh! it’s great I just didn’t have to send it back ...again. I was actually able to use all pieces. Great look ! And I would recommend this item !

Arrived Moldy
These arrived yesterday covered in a fine yellowish powder with a strong smell. I had an immediate reaction to whatever it was. I wouldn’t trust putting these in the cage with my birds since their respiratory system is much more sensitive than ours.

Very Moldy
I couldn’t safely use these and I’m very concerned I opened these up and mold went everywhere. There’s mold all over these wood pieces and the screws were completely rusted. Not safe at all. Now I have to go return these somewhere and print a label while our printer is down.

Parakeets are satisfied
One of the perches came without a wing nut, so that was annoying, but a trip to Lowe's fixed that. The birds seems to like these perches just fine and they are sturdy. I do have to tighten the most frequently used perches.

Great for my cockatiels
My birds love chomping away at all their sticks but with these they're so strong, they don't bother, they just enjoy standing on them. I just put a few in for them to get used to. Definitely a great quality purchase 👌

Good for rats
Purchased for my rat cage. My rats seem to enjoy climbing on these more than they chew on them. They also have no problem with grip, so I imagine birds would also find these easy and comfortable to use.

Molded wood and rusted hardware
My first order was covered in mold and the hardware was completely rusted. I got a replacement order pretty quickly and although it was not as bad, the hardware was still rusted and the wood had some mold.
