Disappointed
This is lovely cream but I bought it for insomnia and it has had no effect whatsoever. Maybe it’s not the best time to try it out as I think lockdown has really taken its toll!

A product that definitely works
Easily soaks in, a little goes a long way. I've been using this for just 3 nights now and the pain in my knees and spine (I have osteoarthritis) are definitely less. I would definitely recommend this product

Not sure about this one.
Read reviews and thought I'd give it go thought it might help with the old peri-menopause and all the joy that comes with that! Like not sleeping, restless legs, itchy skin, feeling too hot one minute and cold the next, so tried it, seem to work the first few times or maybe it was a placebo effect I've used this! so there for it will work! or maybe I was just exhausted! So jury is out on this one.

This is NOT Magnesium Skin Body Butter (as in the image and description) with coconut oil but Magnesium Body Butter with different ingredients. Same make - BetterYou but a different product.
